The Pod Files - Thu and Fri 19 to 21 Feb 2026

  On Thursday and Friday at work I was training someone up, so it was two nights of quiet in the van, and my listening was just the journeys to and from work. This leads to a total overhaul and reconfiguration of the band, including bringing back drummer Nanci Rogers. / We talk about the new line up and how the decision was made to change the band name from the Pleasure Seekers to Cradle.
