The Blurb -

The alarm clock woke me up at 7:30am. On a work day.

Why on Earth did I list 10am as potential time for recording on a Thursday? Well I did, and now I must stand by that decision!

I’m writing this in the morning, so we shall see what happens, as the intention is to do the shopping trip afterwards, and then grab a couple of hours in the afternoon before getting up for work.

I’ve already finished the blog about Wednesday, and it just needs the pictures adding before publishing it.

I’m incredibly nervous about the signal holding up, so I’ll cross my fingers about that one! I’d say “wish me luck,” but you’ll read this after the event.

Payday tomorrow, and that’s making me nervous as well.

The chat with Martyn went well, albeit with some occasional signal issues, and I think that plugging in my bass to have a practice before the show caused some issues with the microphone signal, and had to mess about a bit with the settings door to the show properly starting.

We didn’t get all of the way through the bullet points before Martyn needed to get off for another zoom meeting that he was booked for, so we have booked a second session next week to go through what’s left. He was incredibly gracious with his time.

The session with Martyn finished at around a quarter past 11 after starting at 10am.

We went out to do the weekly food shop at about 2pm, which was a bad idea. Because of this we didn’t get back until around  half past four, which meant that I wasn’t going to get the nap before leaving for work, as apparently bits were needed from Savers and Wilkinson’s as well.

Working from 7pm-7:30am again, and a relatively steady night for me.

The best option for a job that I found while looking was further away than I travel now, and even the extra bit of wage wouldn’t help.

I got in from work at about twenty to nine in the morning, 25 and a half hours since waking up.

Louise greeted me with a kiss and a cup of Earl Grey. Thank you darling xx

I forgot to mention that Martyn had contacted me asking if Tuesday the 19th at 4pm was a possibility for session two. Of course, and I’m excited/nervous again.

The group episode with Tom and Eoghan came out today, where we spoke about The Godfather and other gangster films.

In three days time they episode with Rachel of LaurnDaKat comes out.  She’s an incredibly innovative creator.

Midnight Sons potential? They went to an interview with Jared Leto about Morbius. 30 minutes in and Jim has left the show to get to his other work. “Which Universe is Morbius in?” I would have thought he would be in the same one as Tom Holland, as Michael Keaton is in Morbius?
