 While on my time off I listened to some podcasts, which isn’t rare, but on my nights back at work on Thursday and Friday I was unable to listen to shows while I was on duty, as I was training someone up. 

I do have CarPlay in own car now, so I did some listening on my way to and from work. 

This is a mix of those things that I listened to over that time.

  Sunday August 10th 2025 -  I got in from the Saturday night shift at twenty past five, and drifted to sleep a little after six in the morning.  A minute or so after ten in the morning, I woke up for the toilet and looked at my phone. I noticed that I had missed phone calls and messages from my aunties Carol and Ann, as well as a fairly recent message from my younger brother James. They were all asking me to contact them.  I had a feeling that I knew what it was, but I didn’t want to believe it.
