The Best 5 Minute Wine Podcast - episode 7: 18 March 2020: *Ports of New York Winery - Ithaca, NY Pt. 2 - Welcome to The Best 5 Minute Wine Podcast. / I'm your host Forrest Kelly from the seed to the glass. Wine has a past. Our aim at The Best 5 Minute Wine Podcast is to look for adventure at wineries around the globe. After all grape minds think alike. Let's start the adventure.** / Our featured winery is Ports of New York as we continue our conversation with Frédéric Bouché Ports of New York, owner-operator. / And then what happened is that my wife and I moved to the Finger Lakes region in 94 because she got a position at Cornell University and was to join the region. So it was kind of ironic after all the years that I was away from it, I fell back into it. And so I built a lot of issues and a lot of antiques and stuff from science here. And that's one thing that we all for this completely unusual is that I was facing some kind of a little museum of French wine equipment. / So in between, that's a time you obviously knew your family's history and the leanings and the influence that they had had had. You had kind of a secret interest in dipping back into that or when you went to school in high studies?

Audio Poem of the Day - episode 1893: 15 August 2025: *Grass on the Cliff by Robinson Jeffers

Phase Hero - episode 101: 20 November 2025: presented by Brandon, Jenna and Aaron, this time with Jamie away. Recording at a different time. Belated birthday wishes to Brandon, whose birthday was on Friday, the 21st of November. Doomsday having additional photography in Spring of 2026, with Secret Wars starting production in summer. There is a rumour that there could be a trailer, well a teaser trailer, for avengers Doomsday coming to us around December 19, when the new avatar film comes out. My question is what could that include? Sadie Sink in Spider-Man Brand New Day and Marvels Doomsday. Brand-new day rumoured to finish filming in the middle of December. There is a rumour that Toby Maguire might be playing Spider-Man in Marvel‘s doomsday, whereas Brandon thinks it’s more likely in secret wars. That would make more sense considering the story of secret wars in the comics. Then again, the films don’t always follow that closely with the original base material. A lot of previous Marvel actors have been asked if they’re coming back. Black Panther 3 to be filmmaker Ryan Coogler’s next film. New photo from Daredevil Born Again season two. Jimmy Olsen getting his own DC series that is not called DC Crime. Television series version of V for vendetta is in development. “Go back to linear!” Pierce Brosnan talking Dr Fate. Super Mario Galaxy trailer. Films coming in 2026. Wicked For Good reactions.

Kofi mentions about television and film paying out a lot more for product with more location shooting, and other things that require more money to be spent on them. A counter argument from me is that if they went back to that format then they could possibly have more of a chance to stay in business, because when they’re spending around 500 million dollars now on some films and making less than 60 million back, then isn’t that a sign of bad business model?
