Jojo’s Infinite Universe - episode 2: 24 January 2024: it is difficult to take notes on a YouTube video, because I can’t have the Notes page open while listening to a YouTube show, because the YouTube show won’t play on my iPhone if it’s not open on screen. Anyway, this was a really good look at the subject of belief, and that isn’t necessarily spiritual or religious, believed, but belief, an all encompassing belief that includes belief in yourself and belief in your dreams and aspirations, as well as a belief that you can go from who you are and become somebody different. Well, not somebody different, but grow into that person that you will grow into. After the main show, there was a question about, there was a question that a listener sent in, which was about a person who says that there in a relationship with a partner, and they haven’t had sex in the three months that they’ve been going out. JoJo says that it could be other things,

rather than what the person is thinking in that their new partner is getting that from somewhere else, or of course it could be that there are, but approach it by discussion. That is really good advice, because from my own past, and I can’t believe that I am admitting to this, but as someone who was abused as a child, it took me a while to get past that, and to be comfortable with that. It might not be the same exact reason, but there could be reasons other than the obvious question about whether they are getting sex from somewhere else.
